The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Coastal Empire is to create, find and support programs that directly enhance the health and well-being of children and families.  We are a registered, 501(c)3 non-profit organization that relies solely on donations. 

Since 1987, the Savannah Ronald McDonald House has served more than 5,000 families with critically ill or injured children by providing them a "Home away from home" during their time of need. 

Our other programs include the Ronald McDonald Family Room located at St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital and the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile that serves children in Beaufort County (SC).  Click on the icons above to learn more about our programs and services.

Our Programs

The Savannah Ronald McDonald House is our cornerstone program providing a "home away from home" for families of hospitalized children. The Savannah House opened in July of 1987 and serves pediatric patients at both local are hospitals.  Read More...
